Ok I FIXED IT! I had to search the hard drive for the term "MedievalTimes" and there were the save game files in other obscure folders. After deleting them all and re-installing the game there were no saved games and now everything works.
Re-installing doesn't seem to fix the exception errors, because the saved games are still there. How do you delete the saved games? Where are they located? I can't find them to delete the files.
it finally worked on 3rd reinstallation but got crashed on Conrad and Bennet bed scene and also the screen of the game is so small.... a major bug and also please respond how to get chapter 10
I seem to be having the same problem as many others. In season 2 once Bennett gets to the Order, I can't pick anyone except for Allard or I get Exception errors and even if I ignore the game moves on but scenes are left out. For instance I'm trying to choose Brayden but if I do and ignore, none of the scenes for Brayden show. Even when I chose him to go on the mission with me, he isn't even there...no one is...I end up going alone. What's wrong, and how do I fix it?

After seeing my old saves still show up on a clean install and still seeing the error, I found and deleted every file I could find pertaining to this game just in case. Also, I bought the knight package deal that's on sale and wasn't able to get access to the mini-game codes as it was still locked behind the $9 mark. So, being unfamiliar with how itch works, I spent another $1.50 to meet the $9 mark but apparently, that's not how itch works, lol.

Downloaded and redownloaded, this game is completely broken. It's playable, but the crashes happen so much you miss out on nearly all the scenes other than the first few and the newest ones.
Having to spam "ignore" and/or "Rollback" just to get through the vast multitude of broken scenes is ridiculous.
Since all the stuff is pretty big, what is it that i should download if i want the full experience. Do i need to download all the previous chapters, or does chapter 6 have everything included. And I'm guessing the seasons are separate as well? Would be nice if there was a single download that included everything in one bundle. And a bundle for all of the bonus stuff as well, per tier of course.
Hi Koituu, yes I understand what you mean, but there is a big problem with the size of the files so I can't put everything in one file (not to mention that it would weigh more than 18Gb). Always the chapters contain the previous chapters of the season (Except for Android that due to a file size limit each chapter is a separate file). Hey, I have to say I absolutely love this game, and I'm so happy to see you're re-working it to make it even better. I do have one question though, does Bennett always fall for the same person, or can that change? I've always had him fall for Jeffrey and I just wondered if thats just how it always is?
Are you downloading the correct format? If you are choosing the one with the Windows logo beside it, Then you might check your anti-virus, Some Anti-Viruses accidentally flag an innocent EXE and deletes it.

Downloaded and redownloaded, this game is completely broken.
It's playable, but the crashes happen so much you miss out on nearly all the scenes other than the first few and the newest ones.
Having to spam "ignore" and/or "Rollback" just to get through the vast multitude of broken scenes is ridiculous.

And I'm guessing the seasons are separate as well? Would be nice if there was a single download that included everything in one bundle. Hi Koituu, yes I understand what you mean, but there is a big problem with the size of the files so I can't put everything in one file (not to mention that it would weigh more than 18Gb). Always the chapters contain the previous chapters of the season (Except for Android that due to a file size limit each chapter is a separate file). Are you downloading the correct format? If you are choosing the one with the Windows logo beside it, Then you might check your anti-virus, Some Anti-Viruses accidentally flag an innocent EXE and deletes it.
I downloaded the Windows version, and Malwarebytes said it was safe when it scanned the file.
